The Emanuel County Board of Education met on Monday, December 8, at 5:30 p.m. at Emanuel County Board of Education Central Office with the following members in attendance: Tanya Lane, Elizabeth DeVane, Del Brown, Jeanette Harden, Brandon Jones, and Cherie Hooks. John Allen Bailey was not present. Board Chair Del Brown welcomed everyone calling the meeting to order. Brandon Jones delivered the invocation followed by Elizabeth DeVane leading the Pledge of Allegiance. Brandon Jones made a motion to approve the agenda. Jeanette Harden seconded the motion. Tanya Lane, Elizabeth DeVane, Del Brown, Jeanette Harden, Brandon Jones, and Cherie Hooks voted “yes”. CARRIED.
