Apostle Denise Jackson, 50, of Garfield, entered into eternal rest at home on January 1, 2021. Graveside service was held Saturday, January 9, at 11 a.m. in the Swainsboro City Cemetery with Eulogist Bishop Clyde Fowler, Jr. officiating.
Miss Jackson was born to the late Jessie Tarver and Frankie Mae Tarver on January 22, 1970. She attended the public schools in Emanuel County. A God-fearing woman, Apostle walked into her call at the age of 25. She was pastor at Jesus Teaching Ministry, where she served faithfully even through her extended illness. She loved to preach the Gospel and spread the Word of God to everyone around her.
Miss Jackson leaves to cherish her loving memories, her children, Tylesha Tarver (Thomas Lee), Tyrone Spann, Cornelius Tarver, Angel Tarver, Lashawn Tarver, and Whitney Tarver; grandchildren, Ty’Keria, Christian, Zy’Keria, Taniya, Paris, Zaiden, Ayden, Jacob, Heaven, Tyrone Jr., Ben, Justyce, Cali, Halo, and Delilah; beloved godchildren, Jashe Howard and Zonnie Beasley; godchildren, Shyneece, Demarshae, Janay, and Zycarri; a host of extended relatives and friends.
Mosley’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
