12th Annual Family Astronomy Night returns to the Sudie A. Fulford Center

The Sudie A. Fulford Community Learning Center on the Swainsboro campus of East Georgia State College (EGSC) will host its 12th Annual Family Astronomy Night Tuesday, October 17, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public to enjoy fun-filled activities.

An astronomy consultant will be at the event to teach guests about telescopes used for sky observation and moon viewing. A variety of hands-on science activities will also be provided by EGSC science instructors, as well as Erin Youmans, Magnolia Midlands GYSTC Coordinator. Planetarium shows are scheduled throughout the time of the event.
