Wille Lee Bell was called home Sunday, November 1, 2020 at The Oaks at Bethany in Vidalia. Graveside service was held Saturday, November 14 at 1pm at Swainsboro City Cemetery with Pastor Paul Coppett, III officiating.

Mr. Bell was born September 9, 1946 to the late Rev. William Bell, Sr. and Leola Walker Bell in Twin City. Willie received his education from the public school system in Emanuel County, then attended the Macon Tech School of Barbers where he became a master barber, and practiced in Twin City. He built Bell's Barbershop and Cafe where he mentored teen boys and shared his loved of barbering with the young men of the community. Mr. Bell drove a school bus for the Emanuel County School System where he retired after 30 years of service. Willie is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Peggy Kate (Phillips) Bell; borthers, William Bell, Jr, James Andrew Bell, and Alfonza Bell; and sister, Tammy Brown.

His legacy will live on through his daughters, Valarie Bell of Statesboro, Clarissa Bell Campbell (Eric) of Grayson, and Demariss Danielle Bell of Augusta; two grandsons, Daointe Collins and Jacameron Brown of Statesboro; granddaughter, Chloe Katelyn Jaxson Campbell. His memory will live on through 2 brothers, 4 sisters, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
