Funeral services were conducted and livestreamed Thursday, February 11, at 2 p.m. at the Blackville Church of God with Pastor Kip Boswell officiating. He loved gospel music and was always standing and clapping, (sometimes in rhythm, sometimes not), and praising at the Blackville Church of God. In addition to his parents, Mr. Irvin is preceded in death by his two brothers, Sidney McLain Irvin and William McRae (Billy Mac) Irvin.
