UPDATE:
At approximately 3:20 PM today (Monday, January 4), Jachon Tydarian Mills surrendered himself to the Emanuel County Jail according to Sheriff Jeffrey Brewer. Mills is charged in the December 28 murder of Dajarius Zashawn McGuire. Mills Is also charged with three counts a Violation of Street Gang Terrorism & Prevention, two counts of Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony.
After being processed into the jail, Sheriff Brewer had Mills transported to the Emanuel County Courthouse for his First Appearance Hearing. Mills is being held without bond.
