Tykeyvious McGahee negotiated a plea of guilty (Alford) on one count armed robbery and one count possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He was sentenced to 30 years with the first 10 years to be served in confinement. In addition, McGahee also negotiated a plea of guilty (Alford) on seven counts aggravated assault, seven counts possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and one count cruelty to a child in the first degree. For this, he was sentenced to 30 years with the first 10 to be served in confinement.

Jerjuan Hunter negotiated a plea of guilty (Alford) on one count possession of a firearm by a felon, one count obstruction of an officer, and one count giving false information. He was sentenced to a total of five years.
