The City of Twin City is gearing up for the 5th Annual Mayor’s Christmas Toy
Drive. “There are many needy children in and around Twin City. We want to make sure that
all children have a joyous holiday season. This initiative will be fully funded by private
donations, so we are asking for your help with this worthy cause,” said Mayor Matt Donaldson.
“We are asking that local businesses, churches, schools, City departments, and City
strategic partners support our efforts with a financial contribution or a gift donation. We will
use 100% of the financial donations to purchase toys for our local children.”
The giveaway event will be held on Saturday, December 14. They are asking for all monetary donations to be sent by Friday, December 6. This will allow them time to purchase items for the toy drive.
