Thompson graduates from Georgia South-western State University

Payton Thompson of Garfield graduated from Georgia Southwestern State University during the Fall 2024 Commencement Ceremony held on Thursday, Dec. 12 in the Convocation Hall of the Student Success Center. Thompson earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.

588 students graduated in the ceremony, during which Georgia State Representative Patty Marie Stinson delivered the commencement address.
