Staff of the Betty Gambrell Animal Shelter along with Emanuel County Humane Society members announce the availability of low-cost spay/neuter subsidy applications for Emanuel County residents only. Applications are available at the following locations: The Forest-Blade, Betty Gambrell Animal Shelter, Franklin Memorial Library, McRae’s Veterinary Clinic and Swainsboro City Hall. All applications must be returned to the shelter, located at 343 Market Street in Swainsboro. Please note that special needs applications will take precedence.
