As I was reading a post. Something caught my attention. It read, "Life is short, make the best of it. Eternity is forever, prepare for it." So, the choices we make while we are here on earth will determine where we will spend eternity in the world to come. The choice is yours.
Everything we do and every choice we make helps determine our destination. In the book of Joshua, he makes a plea to Israel, ".... choose you this day, whom you shall serve…. but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord."(Joshua 24:15)
If you want to know what day we are living in, read the word of God then listen to the news. It is more than revealed that we are living at the end of time
So yes, there are choices to be made. So, are you living fast because the time is short or are you preparing for eternity? John 3:16-17 says, " God loved the world so much that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish but shall have everlasting life. And God did not send his Son into the world to condemn it, but that the world through him might be saved " (paraphrased).
So, you can choose eternal life, or you can choose eternal damnation. The choice is yours
It's not for anyone to choose for you. You will meet God for yourself. In daily life, you choose what you eat and what you wear. You choose your friends and your mate. So, choose this day who you are going to serve. In Deut.30:19, Moses tells the children of Israel, "I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses: therefore, choose life that you and your seed may live". Remember, time is winding up. "The Choice is Yours."
