Ten sentenced in Superior Court

The following occurred during the Emanuel County Superior Court April 2021 term:
Tiffany Latosha Daniels negotiated a plea of guilty (Alford) on one count aggravated battery family violence. She was fined $50 and sentenced to 10 years probation. The above sentence may be served on probation provided the defendant shall comply with conditions of probation imposed by the court as part of this sentence.
Robert Tracy Hutcheson negotiated a plea of guilty (Alford) on one count possession of meth and one count possession of drug related object. He was fined $50 and sentenced to three years probation. The above sentence may be served on probation provided the defendant shall comply with conditions of probation imposed by the court as part of this sentence.
Keyondre Smith negotiated a plea of guilty (Alford) on one count criminal use of an item with altered ID mark. He was fined $50 and sentenced to five years probation. The above sentence may be served on probation provided the defendant shall comply with conditions of probation imposed by the court as part of this sentence.
Charlie Lambry negotiated a plea of guilty on one count aggravated cruelty to animals. He was fined $50 and sentenced to five years probation.
Nicholas Alexander Gladin negotiated a plea of guilty on two counts sale of methamphetamine, one count possession of methamphetamine, one count possession of firearm during commission of felony, one count possession of drug related objects and one count possession of firearm by convicted felon. He was fined $50 and sentenced to 35 years, with the first six years to be served in confinement and the remainder on probation.
Mack George Odum negotiated a plea of guilty (Alford) on one count possession of methamphetamine. He was fined $50 and sentenced to three years probation. The above sentence may be served on probation provided the defendant shall comply with conditions of probation imposed by the court as part of this sentence.
Jeremiah Daniel Porter negotiated a plea of guilty on one count possession of contraband by an inmate, one count possession of meth and one count possession of marijuana less than an ounce. He was fined $50 and sentenced to eight years probation. The above sentence may be served on probation provided the defendant shall comply with conditions of probation imposed by the court as part of this sentence.
Lannie Morris negotiated a plea of guilty (Alford) on two counts possession of meth and one count DUI-Drug. She was fined $1,000 and sentenced to five years probation. The above sentence may be served on probation provided the defendant shall comply with conditions of probation imposed by the court as part of this sentence.
Jaquan Shyhene Mainer negotiated a plea of guilty (Alford) on one count violation of street gang terrorism and prevention act and one count aggravated assault. He was fined $50 and sentenced to 15 years, with the first five years to be served in confinement and the remainder on probation. Upon service of five years, the remainder of the sentence may be served on probation; provided, that the defendant shall comply with the conditions of probations imposed by the court as part of this sentence.
Joshua Walker Purvis negotiated a plea of guilty (Alford) on one count possession of meth, two counts giving false information to a law enforcement officer, one count distracted driving, one count suspended license and one count seatbelt violation. He was sentenced to six years. The defendant is to receive credit for time served in custody. The court sentences the defendant as a recidivist under O.C.G.A. § 17-10-7(a).
