The following occurred during the Emanuel County Superior Court October 2021 term:

Frisscardo Bostic negotiated a plea of guilty on one count possession of marijuana with intent, one count flee or eluding law enforcement officer, one count obstruction of law enforcement officer, one count driving while license suspended, one count duty upon striking a fixed object, one count defective taillights and one county weaving over roadway. He was sentenced to 10 years probation and fined $50.

Brett Lee Wright negotiated a plea guilty (Alford) on one count attempted removal of a weapon from a police officer and one count giving false information to law enforcement. He was fined $50 and sentenced to 5 years with the first two to be served in confinement and the remainder on probation.

Brett Lee Wright negotiated a plea of guilty (Alford) on three counts obstruction of an officer, one count possession of meth, one count possession of drug related object and one count criminal trespass. He was fined $50 and sentenced to 10 years with the first two to be served in confinement and the remainder on probation; provided that the defendant shall comply with conditions of probation was imposed by the court as part of this sentence.

Dale Marty Hill, Jr. negotiated a plea of guilty on one count aggravated assault (family violence), one county cruelty to child (3rd degree) and one count battery (family violence). He was sentenced to 20 years probation provided that the defendant shall comply with conditions of probation was imposed by the court as part of this sentence.

Dale Marty Hill, Jr. negotiated a plea of guilty on one count possession of schedule IV drug and dangerous drugs (M). He was fined $50 and sentenced to three years probation provided that the defendant shall comply with conditions of probation as imposed by court.

Kasey Allen Sikes negotiated a plea of guilty on one count possession of methamphetamine with intent, one count commissioner of firearm during the commission of crime, one count identity fraud and one count possession of firearm by convicted felon. He was fined $50 and sentenced to 35 years with the first 15 to be served in confinement and the remainder on probation, provided that the defendant shall comply with the conditions of probation imposed by the court as part of this sentence. He was sentenced by the court as a recidivist under O.C.G.A. § 17-10-7 (a)

Kasey Allen Sikes negotiated a plea of guilty on one count trafficking methamphetamine, one count possession of a firearm during commission of felony, one count criminal use of article with altered ID mark, one count possession of firearm by convicted felon and one count possession of hydrocodone. He was fined $200,000 and sentenced to 35 years with the first 15 to be served in confinement and the remainder on probation, provided that the defendant shall comply with the conditions of probation imposed by the court as part of this sentence. He was sentenced by the court as a recidivist under O.C.G.A. § 17-10-7 (a)

Kasey Allen Sikes negotiated a plea of guilty on one count possession of methamphetamine with intent. He was fined $50 and sentenced to 30 years with the first 15 to be served in confinement and the remainder on probation, provided that the defendant shall comply with the conditions of probation imposed by the court as part of this sentence. He was sentenced by the court as a recidivist under O.C.G.A. § 17-10-7 (a).

Devin Allen Sikes negotiated a plea of guilty on one count trafficking methamphetamine, one count possession of firearm during commission of felony, one count criminal use of an article with altered identification mark and one count possession of hydrocodone. He was fined $200,000 and sentenced to 25 years with the first 10 to be served in confinement and the remainder on probation, provided that the defendant shall comply with the conditions of probation imposed by the court as part of this sentence.

Damien Scott Wallace negotiated a plea of guilty (Alford) on one count fleeing and eluding a police officer and one count suspended license. He was fined $500 and sentenced to 5 years to serve. The defendant is to receive credit for time served in custody as determined by the custodian. He was sentenced by the court as a recidivist under O.C.G.A. § 17-10-7 (c).

Devin Allen Sikes negotiated a plea of guilty on one count possession of methamphetamine with intent, one count possession of firearm during commission of felony and one count identity fraud. Sikes was fined $50 and sentenced to 25 y ears with the first 10 to be served in confinement and the remainder on probation, provided that the defendant shall comply with the conditions of probation imposed by the court as part of this sentence. The defendant is to receive credit for time served in custody from June 3, 2020

Goodwin Darnelle Horton negotiated a plea of guilty on one count obstruction of officer. He was fined $50 and sentenced to five years with the first two to be served in confinement and the remainder on probation. The defendant is to receive credit for time served in custody as determined by the custodian. He was sentenced by the court as a recidivist under O.C.G.A. § 17-10-7 (a).

Ryan Brent Page negotiated a plea of guilty on one count theft by taking. He was fined $50 and sentenced to 5 years probation, provided that the defendant shall comply with the conditions of probation imposed by the court as part of this sentence.
