All creditors of the estate of James L. Mimbs, III, deceased, late of Emanuel County, are hereby notified to render their demands to Richard M. McNeely, attorney for Ashley Pollette, John Page and Mike Henry, Executors of the Estate of James L. Mimbs, III at P.O. Box 767, Swainsboro, Georgia 30401, according to law, and all persons indebted to said estate are required to make immediate payment of any indebtedness due the estate.
