All creditors of the estate of Jerry H. Fagler, deceased, late of Emanuel County, are hereby notified to render their demands to Richard M. McNeely, attorney for Ruby Fagler, Stuart Fagler and Mitchell Fagler, Executors of the Jerry H. Fagler Estate, at P.O. Box 767, Swainsboro, Georgia 30401, according to law, and all persons indebted to said estate are required to make immediate payment of any indebtedness due the estate.
