May 27

A report of a damaged vehicle was made. The complainant stated her vehicle has a broken window. She stated she left her house around noon and came back to a back broken window. No items were missing.

May 28

Officers responded to a report of a dispute. The complainant stated she was called to a residence due to an altercation happening in a group of people. Two females came to fight another female, but when the complainant arrived, the party dispersed.

Officers were dispatched in reference to an alleged assault with a gun. When arriving on the scene, the complainant stated he was cutting grass and his neighbor asked if he was selling the land. After telling him the price, the neighbor tried to fight him. The complainant told the offender not to walk to the vehicle to get any weapons. Allegedly, that's when the gun was pulled but the offender stated he never pulled a gun. A witness stated he didn’t see a weapon.

Officers arrested a person in reference to them having active warrants.

Officers responded to a report of burglary. The complainant stated her kid’s father came into the house and took her $1000 phone and left.

May 29

Officers responded to a report of theft of services at a local restaurant. The complainant stated that a couple didn’t pay for their food. The female is a regular, and always complains about the food. They were criminally trespassed from the property.

A male made contact with the police office in reference to a custody issue.

Officers performed a traffic stop due to a vehicle not signaling a turn and having a tag light out. It was then discovered that the driver didn’t have insurance, and the vehicle wasn’t registered. He was then arrested. While searching for anything illegal, officers found a torch, 4 glass pipes, a digital scale, a container, and 3 unlabeled prescription bottles.

Officers responded to a report of battery. The complainant stated he woke up to the other complainant stating someone had shot the house with a shotgun. One of the complainants had gotten into an altercation earlier. The offender had fled the scene, and the complainants needed medical attention.

A report of theft was made. The complainant stated her boyfriend stole her phone and refuses to give it back.

Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct. The complainant stated her boyfriend got drunk and accused her of sleeping with people from work. She stated it's not the first time he has done this. She also stated he put his hands on her, but there were no visible marks. She was told about the eviction process.

May 31

A report of a damaged vehicle was made. The offender accidentally hit his door on the complainant's door and scratched it a bit.

Officers responded to a report of shoplifting. The offender put items in his pockets and under his shirt.

911 was called in reference to a shooting. The shots were reportedly coming from vehicles, but no shells were found anywhere.

A report was made about a malfunctioning ATM. The complainant stated she put $200 in the machine and it denied the payment and wouldn’t give it back.

Officers responded to a report of shoplifting. The offender stole beer from a gas station and was caught not long after.

A report was made of an irate dog, and animal control was contacted.
