Officer spoke with complainant who stated while sitting in her vehicle her ex-boyfriend approached her vehicle and and took her cell phone and left, then went back and punched her in the mouth with a closed fist.
Officer was patrolling the area of N. Main St. and noticed a vehicle with no working tail lights. Officer conducted a traffic stop to find the driver did not have any license.
Officer took a walk-in report about complainant stating she dropped a friend off at Harvey’s and offender began to curse and threaten him, and made several threats to her as well.

Officer responded to King Circle in reference to a self inflicted gun shot wound. Upon arrival, victim advised that he had been shot and did not know who shot him.
