April 6

A report was made of a shoplifter at Walmart. The female took 2 arcade machines to her vehicle

without paying, and was arrested.

April 8

Officers responded to a report of domestic abuse. When the officers arrived, the complianant stated

that the offender was drunk and started arguing with her. The offender had bitten her in the hand

and on the back, and there were clear marks on the complainant's back. The offender was not found.

Officers responded to the sounds of gunshots. Three males in the area looked suspicious, and were

caught running away after being seen a second time. The officer saw a clear plastic bag hanging

out of one of the males’ pockets, and the male ran. When the officer grabbed him, they hit the gravel

and got scratched up a bit. After detaining the offender, they found marijuana and a loaded pistol on him.

April 9

A traffic stop was initiated due to a concern call. The driver was given a citation for open container,

and the vehicle was towed.

April 10

Officers responded to a reported dispute at an apartment complex. The complianant stated that she left some papers for her ex-boyfriend on her porch, and he tried to come in. He can’t enter, because she has a TPO on him. She was advised that telling him to come over could revoke the TPO.

A report of a damaged vehicle happened at a local gas station. The driver-side window was busted

open. The complianant stated that she thinks her ex did it, because he has done it before.

A report of shoplifting was made at Walmart. The offender didn’t pay for all of his items, and was

arrested.

Officers performed a traffic stop due to a vehicle having an expired registration. When pulled over,

the officer could pick up a strong marijuana odor from the vehicle. The driver was also unlicensed

with two suspensions. He was arrested for possession of marijuana under an oz, driving unlicensed

and operating an unregistered vehicle.

April 11

A dispute was reported over possession of a puppy. The complianant bought a puppy from the

offender for twenty-five dollars, but she wouldn’t give her the puppy.

April 12

Officers performed a traffic stop due to a vehicle having a brake light out. When pulled over, the

officer was informed that the driver’s license was suspended. The driver was arrested.

A report was made of a dispute between two females. The complianant stated that the offender keeps accusing her of sleeping with another man, and wants to get a restraining order.

Officers performed a traffic stop due to a vehicle not stopping at a stop sign. The driver’s license had

been suspended, so he was arrested.

Officers responded to a reported stolen laptop. When arriving on the scene, the complianant stated that the offender had his laptop, and described the laptop to the officers. When the officers talked with the offender, he stated he did take the laptop and removed a few stickers. He was arrested.
