Complainant reported harassing phone calls.

An additional complainant reported harassing communications.

Officer responded to an address on West Moring Street in reference to a possible break-in attempt.

Officer responded to an address on College Street in reference to a possible prowler.

Officer was notified of a male subject with an outstanding warrant located at an address on North Anderson Drive. SPD units arrived on scene and made an arrest without incident.

September 28

Officer responded to an address on Calhoun Street in reference to a miscellaneous report.

Officers responded to the area of South Racetrack Street in reference to shots fired. No contact was made.

Complainant reported a vehicle swiping the side of his vehicle. It further advised that the offending driver stated she had to go to a funeral but would call the police later, after the funeral, however, no report was ever made.

Officer responded to into an address on North Anderson Drive in reference to the sale of illegal drugs. Upon arrival, complainant reported a female offender approached her asking her if she wanted to buy a “blunt.”

Officer responded to an address on South Racetrack Street in reference to a domestic dispute.

Officer responded to an address on McCloud Bridge Road in reference to an additional domestic dispute.

An anonymous Subject reported a miscellaneous offense.

September 29

Officer responded to an address on Mason Drive in reference to a report of stalking and criminal trespass.

Officer responded to an address on Grady Street in reference to a burglary by forced entry. Upon arrival, complainant advised of a vacant house being locked from the inside. Officer cleared the house to be sure no one was present. While inside, a t.v. and PS4 was located as well as a lawn chair and it appeared to be is if the offenders were coming through the window.

Emanuel County 911 dispatched officer to an address on Mason Drive in reference to a peeping Tom.

Officer responded to an address on South Main Street in reference to a shoplifter.

Officer was dispatched to an address on North Anderson Drive in reference to a dispute.

September 30

Officer was dispatched by Emanuel County 911 to an address on Lucky Street in reference to a theft.

Officer responded to an address on King Circle Drive in reference to a stolen generator.

Complainant reported two dogs at large attempting to bite them and chase them when riding on Canoochee Road in the area of Happiness Drive.

Officer was dispatched to an address on Lewis on Louis street in reference to harassing communications.

Officer responded to an address on North Main Street in reference to a warrant served.

October 1

Officer was dispatched to an address on South Main Street in reference to a male subject walking around eating food without purchasing the items. Upon arrival, officers made contact with a subject matching this description given and appeared to be intoxicated. An arrest was made.

Officers were dispatched to an address on East Main Street in reference to theft by deception.

Officer responded to an address on Kite Road in reference to a miscellaneous report.

Officer responded to an address on North Main Street in reference to a hit-and-run.

Officer was dispatched to an address on North Anderson Drive in reference to a stolen TV.

Complain it made a report in reference to the replacements of a lost or stolen tag.

Complainant reported a miscellaneous offense.

Complainant reported exploitation/intimidation that a disabled victim.

October 3

Officer responded to an address on North Coleman Street in reference to a miscellaneous report.

Officer responded to an address on South Main Street in reference to a dispute.

Officer was dispatched to the area of Longview road in reference to gunshots. Officer patrolled the area, but negative contact was made.

Complainant reported a damaged vehicle.
