September 30
Officers were dispatched in reference to a female stating she was leaving her boyfriend and when she returned to the house to gather her belongings she was pushed and choked by the boyfriend. The boyfriend stated that he told her not to come there and he showed officers the text messages for proof. He also stated he did not hit or push her. He stated that she pushed him, and he only pushed her off of him. No visible injuries were seen. The eviction process was explained to the male. The female gathered her clothes and a few items and left.
Officers were dispatched in reference to damage to a vehicle at a local store. Videos were pulled to determine when and how this occurred, but the video showed the damage did not happen at this place of business.
Officers were dispatched in reference to a man who agreed to pay another man $50 a day to help do work around their building. The victim stated that the offender checked out late and wanted his belongings from the room and then chased his dad inside the office. The offender was asked more than once by officers to be quiet and let them get the victims side of the story. The offender stated that he did not feel as if he was being paid enough for this type of work and he just wanted to get his bag. The officer escorted him to the room to get his bag, but it was not there. The victim stated that they did not take his bag.

Officers were dispatched in reference to a vehicle on fire. Towing arrangements were made by the owner.
Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to driving with no lights. The driver stated she did not know how to turn the lights on. The officer showed her how to turn the lights on and issued her a warning for the lights. As the officer ran the information through the system, it stated she did not have valid insurance. She received a citation for no insurance as well. She told the officer she didn’t understand how she was getting a citation if it wasn’t her car, but he told her that it is because she is the driver of the car.
Officers were dispatched in reference to a female caller stating a male hit her with a board. She stated she called her ex over and over, but he stated they were done and to leave him alone or he would invite her over and attack her. The male stated he told her to stop calling, blocked her, and told her he was done and he has had another woman for some time now. She showed up uninvited with an object in her hands running up to his residence. He stated he told her to leave, but when she started fighting with him, he began pushing her out the yard and did kick her in the leg, but never struck her with an object like she said he did.

Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for no insurance. The driver was not licensed. Towing was called and the driver was fined.
Officers were dispatched in reference to a request by EMS due to a dispute.
Officers were dispatched in reference to a disorderly person causing issues. The male was found walking towards the Police Department and spoke with the officers in a respectful manner. He stated he and the complainant got into a verbal altercation and he left the area on foot.
Officers were dispatched in reference to a minor wreck. Front bumper of one car and left side front door of vehicle two. No injuries reported.
Officers were dispatched in reference to an unwanted guest that was intoxicated and would not leave. The female was highly intoxicated and blew at 0.165 grams. She was arrested and taken to jail. She stated she would not take another test or say anything else without her lawyer present.

Officers were dispatched in reference to a male breathing in distress, the fiancé of the male stated he smoked some Crack prior to the incident. He was alert, but not responsive.
Officers were dispatched in reference to a vehicle that has been parked for a long while taking up two parking spots. There was a male in the vehicle slumped over appeared to be asleep. The officer knocked on the window, waking the male up. Startled, he turned around quickly and told the officers he just got off work and must have fallen asleep. The officer noticed an open needle, such as the kind used for infestation of illegal narcotics. The male stated that the substance in the needle was just water, but it was clear and thick. Officer checked out an eye glass case and found what appears to be Heroin. He was placed under arrest and transported to jail.
Officers were dispatched in reference to a caller needing to report his wallet being taken from his vehicle.
Officers were dispatched in reference to a third-party call stating that a man was threatening to kill his wife. He was in the bedroom packing his belongings upon arrival.
October 4
Officers were dispatched in reference to assist with crowd control for a subject struck by a hammer by a group of individuals who had been harassing him and his family. He asked them to stop and when he went to walk away the struck him in the head with a hammer, he fell to the ground and they began to kick and stomp him. The neighbors stated they did not see anything and the man’s wife stated she didn’t even know he was in the hospital. No weapon was found, but the subject described the hammer.
Officers were dispatched in reference to a shoplifter. Stealing over $500 worth of items. Her ride stated she did not know she did not pay for her things.
October 5
Officers were dispatched in reference to a female wanting her boyfriend out of the house. She did not state why she wanted him out of the house, but when officers arrived, he walked out and stated he did not want any trouble and would just leave.
October 6
Officers were dispatched in reference to a male who entered into a local store after hours. He stated he got the food he was eating from a truck driver and his drink is from the gas station that leaves old drinks out to be thrown away. The video shows that the male pulled the doors open and went inside. When searched, he had a sub sandwich shoved in his pants. When the officer tried to take the sandwich, he began to open it and attempt to eat it.
October 7
Officers were dispatched in reference to a stolen postal vehicle, but it appears that the vehicle was not stolen, possibly misplaced.
Officers were dispatched in reference to a female in a local store who has shoplifted previously. She was arrested and transported to jail.
October 8
Officers were dispatched in reference to a domestic dispute. The offender had a broken window. She stated her children father pushed her down and punched her in the face twice and then took off. No sign of any swelling or blood on her face. The males watch was also found at the scene.
