April 26
Officers were working a license check when a vehicle that pulled up did not have a valid drivers license. The car was picked up by a licensed driver and the driver was transported to jail. 
Officers initiated a traffic stop when there was a car heading their direction with only one headlight. The driver stated he forgot his license at home, so the officer looked him up in the system and discovered that his license was suspended. He was placed under arrest and transported to jail. 
Officers took a walk-in report in reference to damage to a vehicle. The owner states that either at a local restaurant or a local store while she was inside, someone damaged her vehicle. There were a few minor scratches and one major scratch that took the green paint off of the car. 
Officers responded to a call in reference to two dogs charging at individuals. When officers arrived, they spotted the two dogs as they were charging towards them, the officer yelled at the dogs and they returned to their yard. The two dogs have been reported as a problem previously. While waiting for animal control to arrive, the dogs charged at one of the officers constantly. The owner’s son arrived on the scene and stated he would get them and that his father would be home later. 
Officers were trying to locate an offender that fled from their crashed vehicle. The car was laying of the embankment and the driver door was open. The K9 Maya began tracking, but lost the track, leading officers to believe someone picked up the offended in a vehicle.
Officers were dispatched in reference to a domestic dispute. Two males got into an altercation as one was attempting to leave the residence. The other male grabbed his keys and broke the car key off and was not allowing him into the apartment to get the vehicle key. The male told officers he was scared to go back inside because the other male came out of the residence with a hammer prior to arrival of law enforcement. Officers noticed a couch, Xbox and other random items thrown in the hallway beside the door. Officers let the male in to get his keys. The other male walked up and was ignoring the officers and ten got loud and cursing at the officers. He was arrested for this behavior towards officers. Other victim got a ride from his mother and had a place to stay for the night. 
April 27
Officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle that he read their tag and it came back with invalid insurance.  The driver stated she made a payment to the insurance company, but had no proof. The vehicle was towed due to no insurance. 
Officers were dispatched in reference to a domestic dispute. The officer recognized the couple from earlier and the male had a warrant out for his arrest. He was placed under arrest and during the search the officer found a plastic bag with what appeared to be crack cocaine, powder cocaine, and marijuana wrapped inside of it. He was transported to jail. 
Officers conducted a traffic stop for the purpose of a license checkpoint. The driver stated he did not have a valid license. Officers ran the tag and it was invalid for insurance and registration as well. He was placed under arrest and transported to jail. 
Officers spotted a woman walking down the road whom they believed was on probation warrant list. The officer verified her identification and arrested her and transported her to jail. 
Officers were dispatched for a fight in a parking lot and stated one suspect left the scene in a tan vehicle with no tag. The clerk on duty stated it was verbal between two males and a female. One of the males punched the passenger window of the vehicle when the subject’s left the scene. No charges were pressed against the male. 
Officers were patrolling the streets and got behind a car, but when he attempted to initiate a traffic stop the male driver exited the vehicle and fled on foot behind a residence, as the vehicle continued to roll into a curb and stop. The female in the passenger seat was the driver’s mother and stated she was unsure why he took off on foot. The officer asked if he could search the vehicle and she said yes. The officer found a small clear bag with suspected powder cocaine in the center console. The mother was arrested for the cocaine found in the vehicle. The officer got the K9 unit to track the male driver. Once found, officers asked him why he fled on foot and he stated it was because he had invalid drivers license. The mother stated the cocaine was not hers and she did not know how it got in the vehicle. 
Officers were dispatched in reference to a missing persons report. The two complainants stated they saw the victim get in the vehicle with a man and have not had any contact nor have they seen him since that day, when they would normally see him on a daily basis. The victim has also missed two days of work and he never misses a day of work, causing them to worry about him and his safety. The complainants stated that he is a heavy drinker, bounced between residences and did not have a phone or car. If contact is made, they are to contact the police department immediately. 
April 28
Officers took a report from a woman stating that for the past years a certain woman has been doing her taxes, but that she has not received any refunds and there were a lot of errors in their past filings. She believes that her refund may have been deposited into her account as well as opening a PPP in her name. This case is under investigation at the time. 
April 29
Officers were patrolling the roads, there was a vehicle stopped in the roadway and had traffic stopped. The officer conducted a traffic stop, the driver stated her cousin flagged her down and she was just talking to them. The officer asked her for her license and she stated that she did not have her license on her. The officer ran her information to discover that she just got her learners license, but she did not have a license. Because the area they were in was a well known drug area, the officer asked her if she had anything illegal in the vehicle. She stated there was nothing illegal in the vehicle and he could search it if he wanted too. She was arrested for driving unlicensed, but there were not illegal drugs found in the vehicle. 
April 30
Officer noticed a vehicle coming towards him at approximately 50 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officer activated his radar and confirmed a speed of 48 mph. The officer conducted a traffic stop and informed the driver of why they were stopped. The officer took the information and ran it in the system, discovering that the insurance was invalid, but the license was valid. The driver stated he traded vehicles and the insurance was supposed to be switched over. The officer stated he would save him a towing fee, but he was issued two citations and a warning and to get insurance on his vehicle fixed now.
