The Emanuel County Veterans Center held their annual fundraising “Showcase” singing on Saturday night, April 19, at the Swainsboro Auditorium, with Master of the ceremonies, Ron Bivins, and it was a great success. Local musicians included Rhonda and the Relics; Phil Wilson & The High Milage Band; The Four Plys: Lige Moore, Phil Wilson, Billy Cooler and Donnie McNeely; Rhett Blount; and Kendall Hadden & Co.
Proceeds from the ads goes back to help the local community. The Emanuel County Veterans Center supports The Georgia Sheriff’s Youth Home, Wounded Warrior Retreat and fellow Veterans and their families in need.
The Emanuel County Veterans Center would like to thank each sponsor and/or business that contributed to the event. Without your support, of course they could not have the fundraiser. The Emanuel County Veterans Center hopes to have another “Showcase” in the future!
