On Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at the regular meeting of the Swainsboro Exchange Club, Colton McRae introduced Sheriff Jeffrey Brewer as the program speaker. Sheriff Brewer brought in the K-9 unit. They work for the Emanuel County Sheriff’s Office and the Swainsboro Police Department.
Sheriff Brewer, along with the K-9 Unit, gave a very informative overview of their operation. They gave several examples of the positive effect the K-9 Unit has on fighting illegal drugs and solving other types of crime in Swainsboro and Emanuel County.
The Swainsboro Exchange Club commend the Sheriff and the K-9 team for their great work in making our community a safer place to live.
