Swainsboro-Emanuel County Chamber of Commerce and members of the community welcomed Pam’s Magic Sauce Café as the chamber’s newest member last week with a red ribbon cutting held on Thursday, February 18. The event took place at 4 p.m. and all guests were served Cowboy Fries and Georgia Dogs, signature dishes of Rod Patterson, founder of Pam’s Magic Sauce. Trimmings of fries and cake were presented with each plate as well as drinks and t-shirts.
“I’m thankful that the Mayor of Twin City welcomed me with open arms, as well as the entire community and Chamber of Commerce. I look forward to being a part of the community and growing. I have additional locations in the works of opening as we speak and I cannot wait to share more information with the public in the near future. As excited as I am, I give all credit to God for such accomplishments and am thankful for the support received from the local community,” Patterson stated.
