Durden Banking Co., Inc. is excited to announce the following retirement and promotions: Judy Price retired effective Dec. 31 as Vice President/City President/Loan Officer. Jimmy May was promoted to Vice President/City President and will oversee bank operations in the Swainsboro market. Also being promoted was Zach Proctor to Assistant City President. Durden Bank CEO, Wade Johnson, stated that “Losing Mrs. Judy Price to retirement is bittersweet. She has been a great community banker in Emanuel County for many years. We are so thankful for her years of service, and we wish her the best in her retirement. At the same time, we are very confident in the new leadership team’s ability and look forward to working with them in the years to come.”
