Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of AENF to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for theyear(s) of: 2019 in the initial tax amount a $1,116.75 Amount could include additional cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied.
Tract Number One: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 53“1 G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia and in the City of Swainsboro. being Lot 21, Block A in Lincoln Park Addition Subdivision. Said Lincoln Park Addition being a subdivision of Lot Number 2 in Block A, part of the W. F. Thompson Subdivision as shown on a plat of said Lincoln Park Addition prepared by E. K. Hatten, Surveyor, which is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia in Deed Book CV, Page 409. Said Lot 21, Block A being further shown on a plat prepared by Walter K. Maupin. Surveyor, dated September 1, 1966 and recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 13 of said records.
Tract Number Two: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 53"I G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia and in. the City of Swainsboro, as shown on a plat prepared by Marvin D. Clements, Surveyor dated October 20, 1977, which plat is recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 202 of the Records of the Clerk of Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia. Said plat is by express reference incorporated herein for a more full, complete and accurate description of said property. Said property having been conveyed to N.F. Williams by deeds dated June 27, 1962, which is recorded in Deed Book EE, Page 444, of the Emanuel County Clerk's Records and by deed dated July 21, 1976 which is recorded in Deed Book GR, Page 228, of the aforesaid Clerk's Records.
Said property is identified by the Emanuel County Tax Assessor's Office as Map S41-117 and is bounded, now or formerly, as follows: On the Northwest by property of Catherine Grindler, J.R. Rountree LP and property of Saint Phillips Baptist Church; on the Northeast by South Racetrack Street; on the Southeast by property of Johnny Cross; and on the Southwest by property of Alfonso W. Oglesby and property of Harrison L. Pitts. (S41-117)

District of Emanuel County, Georgia and in the City of Swainsboro. known and designated as Lot 4 and Lot 5, Block C, of the G.F. Flanders Subdivision and on the Northeast by property of John Murphy; on the Southeast by Lee Street; and on the Southwest by property of Sandra Kemp. Said lots are the same property conveyed to N.F. Williams by a deed dated August 21, 1972 which is recorded in Deed Book FY, Page 284 and by a deed dated September 13, 1926 which is recorded in Deed Book BY, Page 396 of the Emanuel County Clerk's Records. Said property being identified by the Emanuel County Tax Assessor's Office as Map S23-040 and Map S23-039A. Said property has a current address of 326 and 328 Lee St. Swainsboro Ga. District of Emanuel County, Georgia and in the City of Swainsboro, known and designated as Lot 5 of the G.F. Flanders Subdivision and being bounded, now or formerly, as follows: On the northwest by New Street, formerly known as Charles Street; On the Northeast by property of Ella Norma Mays et al; On the Southeast by property of Cassandra Kemp and on the Southwest by property of Dessie Davis. Said property is designated by the Emanuel County Tax Assessor's Office as Map S23-064. Said property has a current address of 337 New Street Swainsboro, Ga. 30401 (S23-064)
