Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Wesley Dwayne Scarboro to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2019 in the initial tax amount a $803.37 Amount could include additional cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied.
All those tracts or parcels of land lying, situate and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, being known and designated as Lots Numbered 1 of the Mrs. S. W. Moring Subdivision. Said lots more particularly shown by a plat of survey recorded in Deed Book AX, Page 258, of the records of the Office of Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court. Said plat by reference hereto if incorporated herein for a more full, complete and accurate description of said property. Said tract of land is bounded, now or formerly, as follows: North by Thompson Street formerly referred to as an alley; South by Moring Street sometimes referred to as Moring Street Extension; and West by lands of William Donaldson and east by Alfred Lamb.
