Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Tara D Scarborough to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2019 in the initial tax amount of $656.78 Amount could include additional cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied.
All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G. NI. District, Emanuel County, Georgia, fronting on the West side of North Main Street a distance of sixty-four (64) feet and running in a Westerly direction between parallel lines a distance of one hundred ninety-five (195) feet. Said property being bounded, now or formerly, as follows: North by lands of Carol A. Canady and lands of James E, Bell; East by North Main Street; South by lands of L. B. Moxley; and West by lands of James E. Bell. Said tract being a portion of those lands as shown on a plat prepared by E. Warren, Surveyor, from survey dated March 9, 1934 and recorded in Emanuel County Deed Book CK, page 3, which plat and the record thereof are by reference incorporated herein and made a part of this description. This being the same property as conveyed to William Dean Morgan by virtue of an Executor's Deed from Thomas David Scott as Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Eula Bell Scott dated January 19, 2000 and recorded in Emanuel County Deed Book 139, pages 152-153. Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County. Georgia on the first Tuesday in August 04, 2020, between the legal hours of sale in order to satisfy said tax this 1st day of July 2020.
