Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Lucious Merrion to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2019 in the initial tax amount a $444.02 Amount could include additional cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied.
Tract No. 1: All those certain lots or parcels of land situate, lying and being in the 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, and being located in what was formerly the Flanders Heights Subdivision fronting 160 feet on the North side of Pughsley Street and extending back between parallel lines a distance of 145 feet. Said property being bounded on the North by the St. Phillips Masonic Lodge; on the East by the right of way of Hopkins Street; on the South by the right of way of Pughsley and on the West by land of Arsula and Lulu Allen.
