Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Loui O & Chris Bellamy to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2015, 2018, & 2019 in the initial tax amount a $9,070.07 Amount could include additional cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied.
All that tract or parcel of land lying, situate and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G.M. District, Emanuel County, Georgia, as shown on Plat of Survey made by Frank J. Ford, Surveyor, dated October 19, 1946, recorded in Deed Book CZ, page 210, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia; said plat is by reference incorporated herein. Said property faces U.S. Highway No.1 a distance of One Hundred Twenty (120) feet and bounded as follows: North, East and South by lands, now or formerly, of P.D. Leonard and West by U.S. Highway No. 1 and being the same land conveyed by P.D. Leonard to James M. Smith by deed dated December 8, 1945, recorded in Deed Book CX, page 24, in the aforesaid Clerk's Office and conveyed by Mrs. Grace Carter Smith to Dillard E. Keene by deed dated January 23, 1968, recorded in Deed Book FE, page 182, in the aforesaid Clerk's Office and conveyed by Dillard E. Keene by deed dated August 21, 1978, to Debbie Sue Keene and recorded in Deed Book HD, page 292, in the aforesaid Clerk's Office. S20 004
Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County. Georgia on the first Tuesday in August 04, 2020, between the legal hours of sale in order to satisfy said tax this 1st day of July 2020.
