Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Betty Cardell to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2017, 2018, & 2019 in the initial tax amount a $1,213.80 Amount could include additional cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied.
All that tract or parcel of land lying, situate and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, designated as Lot No. Five (2, 3, & 4) in Block Lettered "D" of the South Side Subdivision and fronting a distance of 75 feet on the Northern side of Pratt Street as shown on a plat of Survey made by C.L. Gillis. Surveyor, dated March 23, 1961, recorded in the Office of Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court, in Plat Book 1, Page 363, to which reference is made as a part of this description. Said property is bounded, now or formerly, as follows: Northwest by lands, now or formerly, of Luck F. Gambrell; Northeast by Lot 4, 3, & 2, Block D, South Side Subdivision, (S37-079, S37-080, S37-081)
Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County. Georgia on the first Tuesday in August 04, 2020, between the legal hours of sale in order to satisfy said tax this 1st day of July 2020.
