Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Jackey Smiley to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2017, 2018, & 2019 in the initial tax amount a $1,490.39 Amount could include additional cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied.
Tract 1. All those lots or parcels of land situate, lying and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G.H. District Emanuel County Georgia in the Eastwood Estate Subdivision as shown on revised Plat of survey made by Frank Ford, Surveyor, dated January 11, 1966, and recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 238 in the Office of the Clerk Superior Court Emanuel County Georgia being Lots 4 & 5 in Block Lettered R fronting on Howarth Drive and having meets and bounds as shown on said Plat.
Tract 2. All that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Swainsboro-,53rd G.H. District Emanuel County Georgia being known as Lot 6 Block R of the Eastwood Estates Subdivision as shown on Plat Book 3, page 11 in the Office of the Clerk Superior Court of Emanuel County Georgia.S09-035 & S09-035A & S09-035B
Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County. Georgia on the first Tuesday in August 04, 2020, between the legal hours of sale in order to satisfy said tax
