Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Timothy Gene Phillips to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2016, 2017, 2018, & 2019 in the initial tax amount a $791.47 Amount could include additional cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied. 

All that tract or parcel of land lying, situate and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G. M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, fronting on Henry (Lee) Street a distance 50 feet and running back to land now or owned by the Estate of Charlie Stephens a distance of 114 feet, and bounded on the North by said Henry (Lee) Street; East by land' now or formerly

now or formerly of W. E. Peebles; South by land owned of Carrie Flanders.

Said property is the same as that conveyed by a warranty Deed dated March 18, 1982, from Ernest W. Belcher to Alton W. Lawson which is Recorded in Emanuel County Records in Deed Book H. W. page702.

Said property is also designated as Map SW 23-29 in the Emanuel County Tax Assessors Office, with a street address known as 323 Lee Street.(S23 029)

One certain tract or parcel of land. together with all improvements thereon. lying. situate, and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, and being more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the Southeastern side of Henry Street 228 feet Northwesterly from the corner of the intersection of Henry Street and Robert Street, said distance being measured along the Southeasterly side of Henry Street, and running thence in a Southeasterly direction along property now or formerly owned by Johnny H. Nasworthy a distance of 128 feet to an iron pin on the property of Mrs. Rosa Schwalls; thence turning and running Southwesterly along said Schwalls property a distance of 62 feet to a point on property of Bogie Bell; thence turning and running Northwesterly along the line of said Bell property 128 feet to an iron pin which is located on the Southeasterly side of Henry Street; thence turning and running Northeasterly along the Southeast side of Henry Street to the point of beginning. Said property being all of Lot 17 and part of Lot 18. Block N. of the Flanders Subdivision.

Said property is the same as that conveyed by a Warranty Deed dated April 12, 1971, from M.O. Collins to Alton W. Lawson which is recorded in Emanuel County Records in Deed Book FR, page 353.

Said property is also designated as Map No. SW23-32 in the Emanuel County Tax Assessors Office, with a street address known as 331 Lee Street. (S23 032)

Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County. Georgia on the first Tuesday in August 04, 2020, between the legal hours of sale in order to satisfy said tax
