Miss LaCosta Ellington Hicks and Mr. Mark David, Jr. of Twin City are excited to announce their engagement. Miss Hicks is the daughter of David and Fran Ellington of Orangeburg, SC, and Angie Giles of Twin City.
The bride-elect is graduate of Emanuel County Institute. She graduated from Georgia Southern university with a Master’s Degree, and is Clinical Supervisor with Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. and contracted with the Georgia Dept. of Corrections in Cochran. She is the granddaughter of Louise Oglesby and the late Rufus “Buddy” Oglesby of Garfield, the late Hilton and Juanita Duncan of Orangeburg, SC, and Lottie Overstreet and the late Randy Ellington of Twin City.
The future groom is a Field Superintendent with Memco, LLC. He is the grandson of Jimmy and Marie Hooks of Twin City.
The private ceremony is set for September 4, 2021.
