Mr. and Mrs. Michael S. Womack of Swainsboro are excited to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Lily Diane Womack, to Christopher Dalton McCoy of Swainsboro. Mr. McCoy is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Brad McCoy of Swainsboro.
The bride-elect is a 2021 graduate of the Emanuel County Homeschool Association. She is currently enrolled in the cosmetology program at Southeastern Technical College, and employed at Main Street Styles. Miss Womack is the granddaughter of Dianne Arthur of Millen and Harold and Glenda Coleman of Swainsboro, and Ellen Wilkerson of Midville and the late Danny Wilkerson of Twin City and the late Kirk Womack of Summertown.
The future groom is a 2021 graduate of Emanuel County Institute and Southeastern Technical College with a degree in welding. He is employed at Faircloth Forest Products. Mr. McCoy is the grandson of Billy and Cathy Bowen of Swainsboro, Edward and Carolyn Averett of Swainsboro, and the late JR McCoy of Swainsboro.
The wedding is set for April 2, at 5:30 p.m. at Rosemont Baptist Church in Waynesboro. A reception will follow at First Liberty Market in Waynesboro.
