Miss Williams, Mr. Sutton announce plans for fall wedding

Mr. and Mrs. Charles and Tracey Williams of Twin City are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Miss Tazha LaMonica Williams, to Mr. Michael Sutton Jr. of Garfield. He is the son of Ms. Phalisa Robinson of Garfield and Mr. Michael Sutton Sr. of Stillmore.

The bride-elect is an honor graduate of Emanuel County Institute’s Class of 2016. She is currently a senior at Georgia Southern University–Armstrong campus with a major in sociology with hopes of becoming a family and child therapist. Miss Williams is currently employed with Chick-fil-a in Pooler. She is the granddaughter of Sheron Ford of Garfield, Charles (Jimbo) Williams of Stillmore, and the late Ackines C. Steele of Twin City.

The future groom is an honor graduate of Emanuel County Institute’s Class of 2015 and is a senior at Georgia Southern University–Statesboro campus with a major in exercise science with hopes of becoming a physical therapist. Mr. Sutton is currently employed with Frito-Lay in Savannah. He is the grandson of Mary Robinson of Garfield, Lena and Ivery Phillips of Stillmore, and the late Linus Robinson.

The wedding is set for August 8, 2020 at 3 p.m. at The Belle House in Statesboro. A reception will follow at the same location.
