Rosby McKenzie accepted a plaque designating him Exchangite of the Year. Making the presentation is Dr. Willie Gunn.
LTC SUMNER ASSUMES COMMAND
Lt. Col. Herman W. Sumner of Swainsboro assumed command of 4th Battalion, 25th Aviation Regiment. He accepted his new responsibilities at a change of command ceremony at Canby Parade Field, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. The Battalion, one of three units assigned to the Aviation Brigade, 25th Infantry Division, was an assault helicopter battalion.
