OLD TIMER CHEERLEADERS
Folks at Twin City counted another blessing at Thanksgiving-that their regular school cheerleaders didn’t look like these. These “beauties” were none other than, Jack Walden, Billy Walden, Gerald Woodell, Darrell Lane, W.D. Johnson, Bo Rowland, James Neal, and Abb Johnson. They served as cheerleaders for the Old Timers’ Twin City-Swainsboro football game.
TURKEY TIME!
Children at the First united Methodist Kindergarten prepared for the Thanksgiving holidays in the classrooms by making turkeys, posters, and together decorations. All kindergartners at First United Methodist Church shared a Thanksgiving meal. The feast was prepared by ladies of the church. “Showing off” their work was Donna Meeks, Allen Amerson, Kelly Jane Shepherd, Tammy Wilson, Lisa Peebles, and Dennis Durden.
