From the June 17, 1981 edition of The Forest-Blade:

HE’S THE BEST
Four-year-old Coleman Hall, son of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Hall of Swainsboro, isn’t about to forget his day on Father’s Day. He’s even drawn Daddy’s picture on his homemade card. Hey Dads, wouldn’t you like to wake up Sunday morning, June 20, to find a cute tyke like Coleman standing over you with breakfast? It makes it all worth it.

‘GOOD RECORD’
Charles L. Lane, completed 25 years of service with the US Postal Service and received his service pin from Adrian Postmaster John R. Gillis. Mr. Lane was a rural carrier for Adrian Route 2.
