UNBELIEVABLE CATCH
Gloria Ann Mincey of Twin City caught a 10-pound bass at a private pond in Twin City June 5. She stated she hooked a fish about the same size the previous day but it got away. She went back the next day determined to catch another fish because “no one would believe that I had hooked such an unbelievable catch”. She was holding her god-daughter, Keasia Johnson, while catching the fish.

Nell Leaptrott of Swainsboro shows off her extra-large cabbage grown in extra fertile soil.” Leaptrott says the other cabbages on her garden, though planted at the same time, are not as big as this one.
