OFFICIALLY CROWNED
Miss Paulette Brown of Emanuel County was officially crowned Georgia Peanut Princess by Jon Daniel, Georgia Peanut Commission member. Miss Brown, daughter of Mrs. Parker Brown and the late Mr. Brown, represented the state commission at meetings, conventions, and in parades during 1971-72.
DYL HAS ANNUAL BANQUET
Miss Linda Sconyers crowned two queens, Little Miss Joy Marie Meeks, to represent the “major league” teams and Miss Phyllis Wilson, representing the four farm teams.
