4-H MEMBERS PERFORM WITH CLOVERS & COMPANY

Asia Andrews and Chelsie Hooks of Emanuel County 4-H were selected to perform with the nationally acclaimed Georgia 4-H performing arts group, Clovers & Company. Asia was 13 year old, and the daughter of Isiah and Kathy Andrews. Jerry and Linda Hooks are the parents of Chelsie, age 15. Asia was in eighth grade and Chelsie was a freshman at SHS. Asia and Chelsie joined the 38 member group which featured talented singers, dancers and instrumentalists ranging in ages 12 to 19. Both local 4-H members are featured in the group as dancers.

THREE EAGLES MAKE GISA ALL-STATE FOOTBALL TEAM

Juniors Jason Flynt, Jeffery Brown and Josh Jordon were named to the GISA 2001 Class A All-State Football Team.
