TAKE OATH
City Attorney Millard Shepard administered the oath office to elected Swainsboro mayor and city councilmen. Being sworn in was Mayor Roger Shaw and Councilmen Jack Davis, Ward 3, and Artis Kelly, Ward 5. They mayor serves a four-year term and the councilmen serve three years. The trio began their terms Jan 1.
