In your honor
Mrs. Tanya Lamb, teacher at SES, presents to Principal James A. Harper, the flag which flew over the U.S. Capitol in Washington in his honor. Mrs. Lamb had requested that the 5x6’ flag be flown over the capitol in honor of Mr. Harper and the students at SES. Assisting with the presentation are students, Tony Frecker and Kevin Samples. Mrs. Lamb received a letter and certificate of verification from U.S. Senator Sam Nunn.



ECI athletes sign
Two football athletes from ECI recently signed letters of intent to play college football. Head Coach Isiah Andres, center, announces that 6-3, 240-pound offensive tackle Reggie Mack, at left, son of Sara Mack of Stillmore, signed with Ft. Valley State College. Defensive tackle Perry Fann, 6-4, 308-pound son of Helen and Perry Fann, Sr. of Twin City, at right, signed to play ball for Albany State College.
