Being Campaign
Mrs. Susan Cross, cancer crusade chairman, and Mrs. Anne Hostilo, Emanuel County Cancer Society board member, stuff campaign envelopes in preparation for the upcoming education funds crusade.
State Winners
Emanuel County students winning awards at the state science fair in Athens Thursday are, seated: Sandy Bailey, second; Leah Kalmason, second back; Andi Lawson, Jeri Cowart, honorable mention. All students at Swainsboro High School except Leah Kalmanson, who attends Swainsboro Middle School. Over 300 projects were entered in the state competition.
