Each month, a resident of the Adrian neighborhood is eligible for Yard of the Month recognition. The Yard of the Month Program and the City of Adrian recognizes and supports neighbors who demonstrate exceptional efforts to maintain and improve their property in a manner that contributes to the overall appearance of the community at large.
