If the party served by publication fails to appear at the Final Hearing on the petition, the Findings of Fact and Interlocutory Orders made will become final without further evidence and will be governed by the Juvenile Court Code as if made at the Final Hearing. If the party served by publication appears at the Final Hearing, the Interlocutory findings and Orders shall be vacated and disregarded, and the hearing shall proceed upon the allegations of the motion.

TAKE NOTICE that, on October 13, 2021, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Georgia, Dublin Division entered an Order Confirming the First Amended Plan of Reorganization of Sammy C. Mills, III and Mills Forestry Service, LLC dated April 12, 2021, and Setting Certain Plan-Related Deadlines. Certain claims against Mills Forestry Service, LLC and Sammy Clyde Mills, III (collectively, the “Debtors”) arising between March 7, 2020 and October 13, 2021 (the “Post-Petition Period”), are classified as “Administrative Claims.” Under the Plan, any party holding an Administrative Claim allowable under Section 503 of the United States Bankruptcy Code shall file a request (a “Request for Payment”) for an allowance of an Administrative Claim by the Bar Date established under the Plan. The Bar Date for filing a Request for Payment of such Administrative Claims is December 13, 2021 (the “Administrative Bar Date”). However, the following claims are not included in the Administrative Bar Date: (1) a Fee Claim, (2) a Post-petition Obligation incurred and payable in the ordinary course of business by Debtors (but excluding personal injury claims and unliquidated claims, the holders of which personal injury and unliquidated claims must seek allowance thereof under paragraph 4(a) of the confirmation order), (3) statutory fees payable pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1930, (4) an Administrative Claim that has been Allowed on or before the Effective Date of the Plan, and (5) a Cure Cost Claim. The holders of Administrative Claims enumerated in (1) through (5) shall not be required to file a Request for Payment of their Administrative Claims and shall be paid as specified in the Plan.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any Request for Payment must comply with all of the requirements of F.R.B.P. 9014 respecting a contested matter and include, at a minimum: (A) the name of the holder of the Claim, (B) the amount of the Claim, and (C) the basis of the Claim. Failure to File and serve a Request for Payment timely and properly shall result in the Administrative Claim being forever barred and discharged. This notice does not create, extend, or revive any claims filing date or bar date for general unsecured creditors of the Debtors holding claims arising prior to March 7, 2020.
