TO: The names putative biological father Marcus Mahone and any other adult male claiming a parental interest in the child.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that a Petition of Dependency has been files in the Cobb County Juvenile Court and that by reason of an Order for service by publication entered by the court.

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED AND REQUIRED to appear before the Juvenile Court

Of Cobb County, Georgia, in Marietta, Georgia, on the 9th day of March 2022, at 2:00 o’clock p.m. The hearing is for the purpose of determining whether the Petition of Dependency should be granted. The effect of an Order granting the Petition for Dependency shall be effective until the child reaches the age of 18 unless otherwise modified by the Court.

A copy of the Petition of Dependency may be obtained from the clerk of Cobb County Juvenile Court, which is located at 32 Waddle Street, Marietta, Cobb County, Georgia 30090, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., exclusive of holidays. The child is in the present temporary custody of grandparents Michael Lorenzo and Zeudi Vamper.

The general nature of the allegations are that the known putative biological father, Marcus Mahone, and any other adult male claiming a parental interest in the child have abandoned the subject child.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that while responsive pleadings are not mandatory they are permissible and you are encouraged to file with the clerk of this court and serve upon petitioner’s attorney, Lawrence W. Daniel, 1079 Northcliffe Dr., NW, Atlanta GA 30318, an answer or other responsive pleading within (60) days of the date of the order for service by publication.

All concerned parties are informed that they are entitled to have an attorney represent them and if a party requests appointed counsel and qualifies for such appointment, then the court will appoint counsel at no cost if the party is unable, without financial hardship, to employ counsel.
