TERMINATION OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION

TO: Lloyd George Patrick Estate and any heir at law of the said Lloyd George Patrick Estate; and any person or entity having any right, title, or interest in or lien upon the following described property.

Take notice that:

The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:

All that tract or parcel of land lying, 1208th G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, containing one acre, as shown on plat of survey dated May 4, 1977, made by Walter K. Maupin, Surveyor, which is recorded in the Office of Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court in Plat Book 8, page 644 to which reference is made as a part of this description. After advertisement on November 5, 2019, said property was sold to Johnny James Smith to satisfy a tax fifa in favor of The City of Swainsboro for the years of 2017 & 2018 against Lloyd George Patrick.

The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated November 5, 2019, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia, in Deed Book 489, page 377-378.

Said Emanuel County Tax Deed conveyed the rights therein to Johnny James Smith.
