April is National Child Abuse Prevention month, a time to remember that we all play a part in preventing child maltreatment. The Sunshine House of Swainsboro will be hosting a community-wide event at the fountain in downtown Swainsboro on Wednesday, April 5, from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. in recognition of Child Abuse Prevention Month.
The Sunshine House mascot, Shine, will be there with goodies for the kids so be sure to stop by.
